Here’s a tip on how to tell if an egg is hard or soft boiled:
Place the egg on the counter-top. Spin the egg. If it spins freely it is hard boiled. If it wobbles and stops spinning, it’s soft boiled.
Unlike wine, olive oil does not get better with age. It should be consumed within one year of pressing. Olive oil will keep well if stored in a cool, dark place away from the stove or other heat-producing appliances.
